David Weissberg serves as President of Community Oncology Partners, where he plans on “bringing the fight against cancer close to home.” David’s passion is leading and growing organizations from inception to success. Previously, as CEO of a large packaging and container company for 40+ years, he built out many ancillary services to meet his customer’s needs. While doing so, he developed his extensive skills in corporate management, customer service, inventory planning, and business development. His many varied interests have led to building other businesses, including wineries.

David’s passion to fight cancer began when his own family was hit with multiple rounds of cancer. David fought back by generating awareness and fundraising for research and expansion of access and services to diverse and under-served communities. He currently serves on the Board of Governors at Cedar-Sinai Hospital. David completed his college studies in business at California State University-Northridge.
